Trippal helps a group agree on a trip. It gathers what everyone wants, finds the common ground, and suggests options.

It is not a travel booking or confirmation service. Prices, availability, and details are estimates to help you decide — they are not quotes and not confirmations. Always check with the airline, hotel, or operator before you rely on any of it or hand over money.

Organizers sign in with an emailed link. Anyone who can read that inbox can get into the account, so keep it secure and tell us if you think someone else has.

Invited travelers don’t need an account at all. The invite link is what identifies them — it can be forwarded, so treat it accordingly.

You keep ownership of everything you write. You give us permission to use it to run the service — to compute what a group has in common and generate recommendations — and nothing beyond that.

Only invite people who’d expect to hear from you. Using Trippal to send unsolicited mail gets the account closed.

Recommendations are generated by an AI model. It can be confidently wrong: a restaurant may have closed, a price may be out of date, a neighbourhood description may not match what you find. Treat every suggestion as a starting point to verify, not a fact.

Trippal is offered as-is, and it can go down. We don’t promise a level of uptime, and we may change or remove features. If we’re shutting the service down we’ll give organizers reasonable notice and a way to export their trips.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on Trippal’s suggestions — including bookings, cancellations, and travel that didn’t go as planned.

Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Stop using Trippal whenever you like, and email support@trippal.app to have your data deleted. We may close an account that’s being used to spam people, break the law, or attack the service.
